Meet your new technician.

Sydney Bruenen is the owner of All About Pianos. She fell in love with music at a young age, and spent every spare moment singing in choir, playing in the marching band, or acting onstage in plays. It was a place where she could share her passion and love for life, and in turn, connect with and change the lives of others. Thus began the dedication of her life to share art with others.

 

Sydney has studied at several institutions across the nation. She studied Music and Theatre at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with 2 B.A. degrees in the respective subjects. She began her piano technician training in Boston at North Bennet Street School, and graduated with 2 certifications in in-home piano service and piano rebuilding. She is also a certified Registered Piano Technician with the Piano Technician’s Guild, and is currently training to become an examiner with the organization.

 

On her journey, Sydney has worked with several distinguished organizations in the piano industry, including Faust Harrison Pianos and Allied Piano Service. She has worked with dealerships, rebuilders, universities, non-profits, and piano service companies. She’s worked on pianos in living rooms, university basements, concert stages, even on the streets of Manhattan!
